How to Log In to Your Member Profile
Follow these steps to log in to your Club Princeton member account from any phone, tablet, or computer. You will need your username and password to proceed.
- 1 Visit www.ClubPrinceton.com in your web browser (Chrome or Safari recommended — avoid opening links directly from Gmail or Facebook, as in-app browsers may cause login issues).
- 2 Tap or click the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the page. A login window will appear.
- 3 Enter your Username and Password in the fields provided, then click "Login".
- 4 If you forgot your username, click "Forgot Username?" below the login button. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" to receive a reset link by email.
- 5 If you have never set up login credentials, click "Request Username & Password" to submit a request. A staff member will set up your account and send your credentials.
- 6 Once logged in, your name will appear in the navigation bar. Click "My Profile" in the top menu to view and update your profile.
How to Upload Your Profile Selfie
Your profile photo is used exclusively by Club Princeton staff at check-in to verify your identity. It is not displayed on the social site or shared with other members. Please use a clear, current photo of your face.
- 1 Log in and navigate to "My Profile" using the top navigation menu.
- 2 Locate your profile photo area near the top of the page. If you don't have a photo yet, a placeholder with your initials will be displayed.
- 3 Click the 📷 "Upload Photo" button beneath your photo (or initials placeholder).
- 4 Select a photo from your phone or computer. For best results, use a well-lit, front-facing selfie with a clear view of your face. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP.
- 5 After selecting your photo, it will upload automatically. Your profile photo should update on the screen within a few seconds.
Prefer Not to Upload It Yourself?
If you are not comfortable uploading your photo online, or if you need assistance, you may email a selfie directly to our management team and a staff member will add it to your profile for you.

Note: If you are at the club and waiting to check in, self-uploading through your profile is much faster — staff may not be able to process emailed photos immediately during busy check-in periods.
How to Update Your Phone Number & Email Address
Your phone number and email address are required on your profile for check-in. Follow the steps below to add or update your contact information.
- 1 Log in and navigate to "My Profile" using the top navigation menu.
- 2 Scroll down on your profile page to find the Contact Information section, which displays your current email and phone number on file.
- 3 Click the "Update Contact Info" button or link in that section. You will be taken to a secure form to update your email and/or phone number.
- 4 Enter your correct Email Address and Phone Number in the fields provided.
- 5 Click "Save" or "Update" to apply your changes. You will see a confirmation message once your contact information has been saved successfully.
- 6 Return to your profile page to confirm the updated information is now displayed correctly.
Government-Issued Photo ID Requirement
As part of our updated check-in process, all members are required to have a valid, government-issued photo ID on file and must present it at each check-in.
- 1 Accepted forms of ID include: Driver’s license, state-issued ID card, passport, or military ID. The ID must be current and unexpired.
- 2 If you have not yet provided your ID to staff, please bring your government-issued photo ID with you to the club. Staff will verify and record it in your member file at check-in.
- 3 Once your ID has been verified by staff, it will be noted on your account and you will not need to present it at every future visit — though it is always good practice to carry valid identification.
