Cancellation and Refund Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Requirement: To be eligible for a credit on admission tickets and seating reservations, you must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours notice prior to the event start time. Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting the Club directly.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued as credit applied to your Member account, not as reversals to your original payment method. At management's discretion, credit may be issued as either an Event Credit (redeemable toward admission at any future event) or an Account Credit (redeemable toward any purchase).
- Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, or fail to attend the event without contacting us ("No-Call, No-Show"), all fees paid are forfeited and no credit or refund will be issued.
- Linked Event Promotions: Some events offer free admission as a reward for attending a prior linked event. You are not eligible for the free admission benefit until you have checked in at the qualifying event. If you pre-purchase a ticket before attending the qualifying event and later become eligible for free admission, no credit or refund will be issued for that pre-purchased ticket.

Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy
This Chargeback and Payment Dispute Policy is part of and incorporated into the Membership Agreement. By submitting a Membership Application, paying any entrance or event fee, or attending the Club, the Member acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.
- Chargeback Definition: A chargeback or payment dispute occurs when a Member disputes or reverses a charge through their bank, card issuer, or payment processor instead of first contacting the Club to seek resolution.
- Immediate Suspension: Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate suspension of Membership privileges and loss of Club access, pending internal review.
- Responsibility for Fees: The Member agrees to be fully responsible for all costs incurred as a result of a chargeback, including but not limited to: bank or payment processor chargeback fees, reversed entrance, event, or Membership charges, chargeback administrative processing fees, and accounting, compliance, and record correction costs. Administrative processing fees may range from $50 to $150 per incident, depending on the nature and severity of the chargeback.
- Membership Reinstatement: Reinstatement of Membership, if permitted, will occur only after all outstanding balances and fees are paid in full. Reinstatement is not guaranteed, approval is at the sole discretion of the Club, and additional conditions or restrictions may apply.
- Payment Method Restrictions: Following a chargeback, the Club reserves the right to restrict future payments to cash only or other approved payment methods.
- Repeat Violations: Any subsequent chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate and permanent termination of Membership, without refund and without the option for reinstatement.
- No Circumvention: Attempts to circumvent this Policy through alternate names, accounts, cards, or third parties will result in permanent denial of Membership.
- Enforcement and Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. The Club reserves the right to enforce this Policy at its sole discretion. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
