Unlike a public nightclub where entry is simply a transaction, Princeton operates as a curated private community. Every individual who enters has completed an application and been thoughtfully approved to ensure they reflect our culture of discretion, respect, and elevated conduct.

Our membership process exists to protect the atmosphere inside — the comfort, the safety, the energy, and the standard our members expect.

Membership Accuracy & Attendance Policy

Selecting the correct membership type is vital for maintaining the intended atmosphere and balance of our events. Please review the following before applying or attending.

Couples Membership Expectations

  • First-Year Residency: New couples are expected to attend events together. For the first 12 months, members registered under a Couples account will not be permitted to check in individually.
  • Joint Attendance: A Couples Membership is a joint grant of access. If you wish to attend both as a couple and as individuals, you must apply for and maintain both a Couples Membership and separate Single Memberships.

Dues & Approval Status

  • Independent Approvals: Approval for one membership type does not guarantee approval for another. Single memberships may be subject to different criteria, including sponsorship requirements and waitlists.
  • Active Standing: To utilize multiple membership types, all accounts must be kept in active standing with their respective dues paid.
  • Non-Transferable: Memberships are not transferable or convertible. If a couple separates while a membership is active, the account does not automatically split. Either party wishing to continue must establish a new, separate Single Membership and pay the associated dues.
